    Ensign Nigel Hatton

It is with great sadness that I have to report that Nigel Hatton 'crossed the bar' on Wednesday 24th May 2023. He had been suffering from mobility problems and health problems for some time but he passed peacefully away in his sleep.
Nigel served in Lowestoft as a PO Jackdusty during her second commission between 1963 - 1965 and attended a number of our reunions before his health issues precluded him attending.

Really sorry to hear about Nigel. I remember him well from the 2nd Commission and it was good to meet him again at the Reunions. There's a good shot of him standing far left in an S & S group photo on the foc'sle in my 63-65 photo album. RIP.
