    Ensign Aubrey (Slinger) Wood

    We have been informed that Aubrey (Slinger) Wood who served onboard Lowestoft as an AB(UC2) during the first commission ‘crossed the bar’ in Londonderry aged 80 on the 10 July 2021. He joined the RN at HMS Ganges in 1956 and also served in HM Ship’s Russell/Delight/Undaunted/Blackwood/Dainty
